Orders & delivery
What are the delivery times?
We prepare orders with care and usually ship them within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times then vary depending on your location, but average between 1 and 8 working days.
Do you only deliver within Switzerland?
Yes, for the moment we only deliver within Switzerland.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress in real time.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos and contacting us quickly. We'll do what's needed to find a solution as soon as possible.
Payment & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main online payment methods, including bank cards and recognised payment solutions. The available options are shown at checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured using encryption protocols that meet current standards. Your data is protected at every stage of payment.
Can I pay in instalments?
Depending on the options available, instalment payment solutions may be offered. These appear directly at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product if it doesn't suit you, in accordance with our return conditions.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Some items may not be eligible for return, in particular for reasons of hygiene, personalisation, or depending on their condition on receipt.
Are returns free?
If you change your mind, return shipping is at your expense. However, returns are free on orders of CHF 300 or more. Our aim is to let you buy with confidence while keeping fair and transparent conditions for all our customers.
When will I be refunded?
Once the product has been received, checked and the refund approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Choosing a racket depends on several criteria: your level, your style of play and your preferences in terms of feel. We provide tools and content to guide you towards the most suitable choice.
Which racket for beginner / intermediate / advanced / elite players?
Beginners should favour forgiving rackets that are easy to handle, while intermediate and advanced players can move towards models offering more precision, power and control. Elite players tend towards the rackets used by the pros — that is, demanding rackets that require very good technique.
What is the difference between racket shapes?
Each racket shape influences play differently: round shapes favour control, teardrop shapes favour power or versatility. Understanding these differences helps you match your equipment to your style.
