Order & Delivery
What are the delivery times?
We carefully prepare orders and generally ship them within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times then vary depending on your location, but are on average between 1 and 8 business days.
Do you only deliver to Switzerland?
Yes, we currently only deliver to Switzerland.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is provided to you as soon as your order is shipped so you can track its progress in real-time.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos and contacting us promptly. We will do what is necessary to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Payment & security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major online payment methods, including credit cards and recognized payment solutions. Available options are displayed during checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured using encryption protocols compliant with current standards. Your data is protected at every step of the payment process.
Can I pay in installments?
Depending on the available options, installment payment solutions may be offered. These options will appear directly at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product if it does not suit you, subject to our return conditions.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. Some items may not be eligible for return, particularly for hygiene reasons, personalization, or depending on their condition upon receipt.
Are return fees free?
If you change your mind, return shipping costs are at your expense. However, returns are free for purchases over CHF 300. Our goal is to allow you to buy with confidence while maintaining fair and transparent conditions for all our customers.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the product has been received, checked, and the refund approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Which racket for beginner / intermediate / advanced / elite?
Beginner players will prioritize forgiving and easy-to-handle rackets, while intermediate and advanced players can opt for models offering more precision, power, and control. Elite players will lean more towards the rackets used by pros, which are demanding rackets that require excellent technique.
What is the difference between racket shapes?
Each racket shape influences the game differently: round shapes favor control, teardrop shapes power or versatility. Understanding these differences allows players to better adapt their equipment to their style.
